About University of Bolton
Student Services provides a monthly list of current private rented accommodation suitable for students. The list comprises all the accommodation that has been offered to students by private landlords. It includes bed-sitting rooms, shared houses and house shares with resident owners. The list is intended as a helpful source of information and a means of providing the widest possible choice of places and prices. The Bolton News, especially the Wednesday edition, and local estate agents are other sources of private rented accommodation.
Please be aware that:
* any private rented acommodation is not inspected by the University, so you must use your own judgement and ensure you have taken the necessary advice before entering into any legally binding contract with a private landlord.
* the University is not affiliated with any landlord, company or external property website and has not appointed any letting agent to act on its behalf in providing private rented accommodation.

Studentpad.co.uk was set up in December 1999 as an independent advisor and provider in the search for your ideal student accommodation. We provide this service in conjunction with the University of bolton. Our joint aim is to help you find the property most suited to your needs as easily and as quickly as possible. We know how important it is to find the right accommodation in order that you can relax and enjoy a full social and academic life.
